Rugby or sporting background - In school I played both hockey and rugby and at first team level decided to focus on hockey for the year. After school I continued to play both sports before focusing only on rugby in my second year at university. Since then I have only played rugby and never looked back.

Rugby philosophy - Consistency is key to achieving your rugby goals.

 

Life philosophy - If it doesn't challenge you it wont change you. 

 

Rugby highlight as a player - Being selected to represent False bay first team 

 

Rugby highlight in your role - being able to put the Bay jersey on every Saturday and making memories. 

 

Favourite Club Player - Justin van Winkle

 

Favourite Coach - All the bay coaches have been awesome. 

 

Family background / make up (if you want to share this) - My old man played for Bay in his day, when I moved to Cape Town I had no doubt of which club I wanted to join. 

 

How do you chill? - Watching rugby highlights over and over. 

 

What is it about the Bay that inspires you? - The commitment and determination from all the players, coaching staff and management. 

 

Who at False Bay inspires you?-  Graham Snoopy Knoop

 

What do you do to relax or what are your interests outside of rugby? - I enjoy coaching school boy rugby and trail running.

 

Which club do you enjoy playing against and why? - Has to be Maties, one of the top teams in the league and always comes down to the wire.

 

What is your Dream Sports event, one you would most like to attend? - Rugby world cup final

 

Your favourite rugby moment? - Every week putting on the Bay jersey
